Come and join a supportive and engaging learning space where assistants and Early Childhood Educators will deepen their understanding of Montessori philosophy, the prepared environment, child development, and the essential role of the adult in the classroom.
Together we will explore the foundations of Montessori education, the role of the assistant, the importance of observation, independence, grace and courtesy, logical consequences, teamwork within the environment, the purpose of the Montessori areas, the developmental needs of the child, human tendencies, the planes of development, and much more.

Come and join a practical and engaging learning experience designed to help Montessori educators begin the school year with confidence, clarity, and intention while preparing environments where children feel safe, connected, and ready to thrive.
Together we will explore the preparation of the adult, the prepared environment beyond materials and aesthetics, Grace & Courtesy, observation, classroom leadership, purposeful engagement, routines and transitions, behavioral expectations, the role of the adult within the environment, teamwork, and strategies that support calm, connected, and normalized classrooms during the first weeks of school.
